This is the place for the outdoor enthusiast. Everything here is top quality and prepared for the worst of climates and circumstances but at the same time it look stylish wherever you take it. I particularly like the L.L. Bean branded yeti cups which are cheaper than the actual unbranded yeti cups. And this is a great place to pick up outdoor gear and I will definitely be back.
The employees here are great: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional yet honest (I want to talk to a person, not an extension of a corporation, and every employee I met here here was very genuine). The store itself was in excellent shape: clean, well-stocked, and decorated for the holidays. I quickly accomplished what I came in for and even got some stickers for my toddler from the cashier.
Looks like an environment that supplies the niche audience what it needs. Not only did I find equipment, but functional house items as well. Wide shoe section that I wasn't expecting. Clothing for everyone in your family. I believe there was an education section, which is valuable to beginners and or people who want to brush up their skills. Customer service was absent. Saw associates free and looking my way but no one approached me at all. I don't know if I'll be back, not something I want to experience again.
Terrible customer service. I paid for a monogram for a couple of items, and was told it would take at least an hour. I told them I would be back tomorrow to pick them up. They called me about an hour later to say they were finished. I then took time off work again the next day to go pick them up, and was then told the monogram machine had broken and my items weren't complete. The manager then tried to turn it around on me that it was my fault that it hadn't been done and I had been informed incorrectly. Terrible. I will never buy from here again

Located at The Mall Of America with all the cool other stores and restaurants and activities around! I love the great outdoors and this place signifies it!!
Fantastic selection of clothes, nice dressing rooms,, friendly customer service. Enjoyed shopping there. Would go again!
They have a lot of merchandise in lots of sizes. But, if they don't, they will contact the home office and have it mailed directly to your home. And, their men's no iron shirts are really no iron
Nice store although they didn't have what I needed today. Will return.
